Prof. Dr. Mrs. Jemima N. A. A. Lomotey is a distinguished scholar in Business Management and Counselling Psychology with a career spanning banking, academia, and scholarly publishing. She holds a PhD in Management Strategy and Organizational Leadership, a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), a Doctor of Christian Counselling Psychology (DCCP), a Post-Doctorate of Science in Psychology (PDSc), and a Master of Theology (MTh).

With thirty-eight years of experience in the banking industry and academia, she has held senior positions in both industry and academia  in the areas of Human Resource Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Capacity Development, and Information, Documentation and Publication — experience that ignited her enduring interest in research systems and institutional learning.

She currently serves as Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Counselling Psychology at Rudolph Kwanue University / Grace International Bible University and in the Dr. Ruth College of Business, Coral Springs, Florida. In Ghana, she has lectured since 2005 at the Pentecost University and Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, and has supervised research at bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.

Prof. Lomotey brings over two decades of editorial experience, having served as Deputy Editor, Associate Editor, and Peer Reviewer for several international journals. She is the author of nearly 30 books and over 140 peer-reviewed articles in international journals, with research focusing on counselling and family life, work ethic, and human resource management.
